So is there no way of setting it from the shortcode? The issue with changing it in there is that it doesn’t support translations that way

I’m afraid no. besides changing it from the settings you can apply translation via javascript or jQuery. Also please note we do not support multi-languages on WordPress at the moment.
@mbarekame If that’s the case, I think it would be helpful to your customers to just remove the indication that we can set the title within the short-code. Such as on this page https://judge.me/help/en/articles/8398919-adding-judge-me-widgets-using-shortcodes
I imagine we all agree it wastes time and energy when users see this promoted as a feature, and then try to implement it, and then have to try and figure out why it’s not working.
