Time zone / delay on ‘this day’

    Post on this day shows the posts from the day before and not the current day.
    We only want to show the current day… I see multiple tickets about the subject from months ago.

    Website is running on the last WordPress Core version. We’ve tested conflict with other plugins and themes, but found none. Only with Post on this day plugin activated, we still see the posts from yesterday.

    Timezone and settings are correct configured.

    Could you tell me more about your site setup?

    • What’s your site’s timezone?
    • What are the exact settings you chose for the widget? I’m especially interested in the last checkbox in the widget settings, “Are you only interested in posts that were published on that exact day?”?

    WordPress 6.9
    Tested with Newspaper theme, without any other plugins activated (except post on this day)

    Timezone: Amsterdam
    Date notation: j F Y
    Time notation: H:i

    Widget settings:
    Maximum numer of posts to display: 10
    How many years back do you want to look for posts: 20
    Show thumbnails: disabled
    Group by year: enabled
    Pick posts: blogs, pages, media and custom post type
    Arey you only interested in posts that were published on the exact day: enabled
