Time Shift when scheduling post

Hi,

when scheduling a post, WordPress resets the scheduled time to some hours before. See this animated gif, where a scheduled time of 5:00am is set and WordPress changes it to 3:00am.

I’m quite sure, it’s a time zone issue because I’m in CET and CE(S)T is +2 hours UTC at the moment. I’ve checked the servers time, which is correct. Additionally I’ve checked the timezone of WordPress itself, which is set to Berlin (see the animated gif). Tried to manually set timezone to UTC+2, which results in the same issue.
