On Appointments plugin, you define the services and the duration of each service, however, you can define global working hours or you can define the working hours for each service provider.
In this case, you can create 2 service providers, and as you can see in the screenshot here https://monosnap.com/file/mIugbyzUqee07LPXvZNXOdfh5MmE3x you will be able to define working hours for each service provider.
Example, service provider A is a math teacher, you can enable Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am to 4pm for this service provider, so the service you assign will show time availability according to that.
And service provider B is English teacher, so you will enable just Tuesdays and Thurdays from 8am to 4pm, and again, service will show availability according to that.
