1. Check caching (most common cause):
If you are using any caching or speed-optimization plugin, please exclude all SupportCandy pages from caching. After clearing the cache, recheck the issue.
2. Check for plugin or theme conflicts:
SupportCandy may conflict with another plugin or your theme. You can troubleshoot this by:
- Temporarily deactivating all other plugins, then activating them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- If no plugin conflict is found, try switching to a default theme (on a staging site). If the issue disappears, the conflict is related to the theme.
Important: Please do not switch themes directly on the live site, as it can cause layout or settings issues. Using a staging environment is strongly recommended.
