Thumbnails do not always load

On any of these galleries I have, Home, Selected Gig Photos, Original Music galleries and Photography, I get blank thumbnails. I have reduced the gallery sizes down, but honestly, I think that 200px was really nice looking. Getting resource limit reached 503. Error. Could you please take a look, I have checked all FooGallery settings, and I use this plug-in on about 10 of my sites, never had this issues.
