Thumbail problems

Hi, I’m having trouble with the thumbnails of the galleries on the site. The galleries are created without problems but it may happen that from the front-end you do not see the thumbnails but only gray or white empty banners depending on the browser (see attached pdf).

I had to regenerate the thumbails from the gallery by pressing the button at the bottom right and I had to clear the cache several times.

Can you check if there are any conflicts?

Looks like the PDF you mentioned was not successfully attached to the message.

Also, I have had a look at the page you mentioned you need help with (https://www.lamaison-lifestyle.com/) and I have observed that there are no FooGallery galleries on that page. Could you kindly share a page with a gallery exhibiting the issue described? Thanks in advance for doing so.

Thanks for getting back to us with that.

I’ve been looking at the gallery page you’ve shared with us and all of the images in the gallery are actually properly displayed.

Could you kindly clear your browser’s cache and reload the page and let me know if that’s the same from your end too? Thanks in advance for doing so.
