No you can’t.

Jomres uses the Bootstrap framework for it’s UI, meaning that whatever theme you use needs to be based on Bootstrap (2/3/etc) so that modals, layout etc works.

The Jomres Leohtian theme (Bootstrap 3) can be downloaded for free from here :

However if you want you can use another theme if it’s compatible.

Just an update to confirm that in the next version you can use non-Bootstrap supporting themes. I’ve made some changes and Jomres is working fine in Twentytwentyone.
