How do I get rid of the Recent Posts at the bottom of the home page?

Seems like they are displayed twice. Once in the body, then once at the bottom under recent Posts.

Also, is there a recommended size for images?

Hi,

1. This is a blog-oriented theme which is expected to display blog posts from all categories on the homepage, with pagination.
There is no option in the theme to disable it’s main purpose.
