I clicked on Themes–Add New — Kaneshon—Install. Once I get to the step of installing a theme, when I hover over the theme there is the option to ‘activate’ or ‘live preview’. The live preview button does not show, just the ‘activate’ button. Could it be because I currently use Olsen Light?
Hi there,
This is not related to the Kaneshon or Olsen Light. This theme doesn’t support Customizer. However, you can still activate this theme, and use the Site Editor to customize it. Kaneshon is full site editing theme that has no Customizer support (like all full site editing themes).
You can clone your current installation in a staging environment and activate the theme and test it there.

Ok Fotis thank you for clarifying. I assume this means should I activate the theme there is no need to create a ‘child theme’.. I can just go ahead and edit the site from the parent theme with no issues?
