Hi Chole,
Could you please provide me more details like WordPress version, PHP version?
Are you running a child theme or have you changed any code in the theme? Have you tried reinstalling the theme?
Thank you.

That’s strange. Can you access the errorlog of your website? Normally errorlog is in the public_html folder of your server. If you can access it, please open it and send us the error code you see.
If you cannot find a errorlog on your webserver you can enable the WordPress debug log via a plugin like WP Debugging.
To access the WordPress debug.log please follow the steps below.
- Install the WP Debugging plugin and activate it.
- Go to the customizer screen of your website. Appearance > Customize. ( Since this is where you see the error, you need to visit that page again to log the errors into the debug.log file. )
- Then you need to go the wp-content folder of your website via a FTP client program like FileZilla or via the file manager of your web hosting platform.
- Download the debug.log
Then open that debug.log via any text editor and send me the error code you see. Or simply send the debug.log to [email protected].
Thank you
