Theme menu missing in admin menu

I have the ‘Playstone child theme’

In my admin menu in the upper left, there was a menu item, where I could setup the theme specific parameters, like the header and footer info, add the social media icons, add or hide to bar, etc…

Suddenly this is gone, and also my to bar on the site itself, and some extra info icons on top (you cen see it on the demo site : https://www.templatemonsterpreview.com/demo/98933.html)

there is a blue bar at the top, with social media icons, and below that, in white, 4 info windows.

this is gone.

this can be changed by that menu, any idea how I can get it back ?
