Theme menu bar not working after 6.3 update

Hi Manesh,
After updating to WordPress 6.3, the header/menu bar of the theme has stopped working. The css seems to be non responsive, since the background image that used to be embedded in the header is now at the top in full size, and all the menu styling and javascript seems to be broken as well. The link includes an image showing the issue.How can I make the site look like before again? Thanks in advance!

I tried using other themes, which seem to be working okay. I also tried deactivating all active plugins. There is some css active which alters the appearance of the menu, but that does not seem the problem either.
