Apologies for the delay in our response. We don’t usually check these forums, as these are usually for users of the free version of our plugin. However, I was able to find an active WPtouch Pro license from you on our records.

To proceed troubleshooting further, please can you do the following:

1. From your WordPress Admin Dashboard, click Site Health under Tools
2. Click the Info tab
3. You should see something similar to the screenshot on this page: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/site-health-screen/#info
4. Click the Copy site info to clipboard button
5. Go to https://support.wptouch.com
6. Paste the contents of your clipboard in the “How can we help” textarea
