Theme Editor got crippled…

Hello again!

TL;DR: My theme has a strange behavior in the post-editor: The document-structure and the tools in the “top-bar” aren’t displayed. They also aren’t displayed anymore in the parent-theme even though it’s basically untouched. See screenshots. Can this be solved?

I’m tweaking along to get some nice results, (and I must say, Block-themes are a thing, really nice). After making the mistakes one must make, I basically started over from scratch and switched to a child-theme, but suddenly the document-structure isn’t fully displayed, only the contents are shown. (Also, the header and footer are gone in the editor .) I have no idea what happened.

Even though I made all my tweaks strictly in the child-theme and not touching the parent-theme, this behavior is consistent, so I conclude it must somehow have affected the SQL-database? This leaves me puzzled, and I’d prefer to have it fixed.
