theme conflict with Shopify plugin

I would love to move over from woocommerce to Shopify. However, the shopify plugin doesn’t work on my site. I tried it on another site I own (with a much simpler theme) and it works fine. I have deactivated all plugins on the site in question, but it still won’t work, leading me to believe it is a theme conflict. :-/

It took some fussing just to get both collections to show up and display properly. That has been accomplished, but nothing is clickable. Any ideas?
