Please make sure that the second header is not being applied by any other plugin or the theme itself. Also, kindly perform a third-party plugin conflict check:
- Disable all plugins except Nexter Extension and Nexter Blocks.
- If the issue is resolved, re-enable the plugins one by one and check when the issue reappears.

Regarding the shortcode, it can be used to place that specific template anywhere on the site using the shortcode widget/block.
For the header, there shouldn’t be such issue with your setup. To help us investigate the issue on your site more effectively, please follow these steps:
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Export → Select ‘All Content’,
Click Download Export File and send it to [email protected]. This will help us replicate the setup and analyze the issue accurately. Please also include the WordPress.org support thread URL in your email.
