Can you share the setting or setting where you are using {first}{last}? Is this in the body of the notification email or is it in the subject?

It is missing in the “From” line in the subject = The very first information before opening the message.

I tested and it seems to work great for me. I wonder if you could reach out to us on our website and include your “System Info” found on the “Support” tab so I can see all of the settings you are using.

I’m wondering if it’s also possible something has changed with your email sending in general. It could be that your server is no longer trusted and the name of the registrant is being stripped out.
We could also try downgrading to a previous version to confirm that the update caused the change. You can find older versions of the plugin available from a .zip file here:

This thread has been quiet for awhile. I think we determined that there was a combination of other plugins and services overwriting some of the email settings for the plugin.
Let me know if you need more help with this though!
