I have authenticated my email and domain over in Mailpoet, but I always get this error when I try to (re)activate the “status” of my automated “Post Notifications”:

I’ve double-checked DNS and everything is verified and good to go. What do I need to do to reactivate this email via MailPoet? Thank you.

    Hi there @tomatillo,

Is the “FROM Address” on that Post Notification definitely an address that is on the domain you authorized and is showing as “Verified” in your account dashboard?

Individual Post Notifications (and other emails) can have different From Addresses than the one set in your MailPoet > Settings > Basics default sender address, so please double check to make that specific Post Notification is set in the final configuration step to send from your Verified Sender Domain as well.

If you are still having issues, you could try duplicating the Post Notification email, and then check to see if you are able to Activate the copy.

Finally, if you are still having trouble, please let us know the domain for your site so we can check your account and make sure everything looks ok. Also, send over a screenshot of the final configuration page for that Post Notification email. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Thank you!

Your first suggestion solved the problem. There was in fact a different email address hidden away as the sender of this particular campaign. Problem solved. Thank you!

I’m having the exact same issue! I don’t know how an email address is hidden away? I have everything set up correctly but still getting that error when the toggle is on.
