    Hi, I have your plugin installed on my WordPress, but it doesn’t work when I activate the timer. I’ve set it to refresh every 2 minutes, but nothing happens. If I force it manually, the page refreshes. I don’t know why this happens? I don’t know if it’s a conflict with other plugins? I have the latest version of WP 6.8.1 and PHP version 8.0.30.
    Is it possible to solve this problem? Thank you for your work. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much.

    Hey @duck1970,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I appreciate you using Force Refresh!

    Just to clarify how the plugin works: when you set the timer (e.g. every 2 minutes), it doesn’t automatically refresh the page on that interval. Instead, it checks every 2 minutes to see if a manual refresh has been triggered from the admin side. If no refresh has been triggered, the page won’t reload.

    If you’re looking to test the functionality:

    1. Open the site in another browser or incognito window.
    2. Go to the Force Refresh settings in your admin dashboard.
    3. Trigger a manual refresh.
    4. Within 2 minutes, the open page should automatically reload.

    If you’re trying to have the page refresh itself every two minutes regardless of admin triggers, that’s not what Force Refresh is designed for — but you can achieve that using a small JavaScript snippet. For example:

    <script> setTimeout(function(){ location.reload(); }, 120000); // 120000 milliseconds = 2 minutes </script>

    You can include that in your theme’s footer or header if you want the page to reload itself automatically every two minutes.

    Let me know if you have any questions or need help troubleshooting a potential conflict. I’m happy to help!
