The plugin does not have a valid header

    I downloaded, installed and tried to activate the plugin. However, it throws a “The plugin does not have a valid header” error message when I try to activate it.

    That error message usually means the plugin isn’t structured or coded correctly.

    Hi @vwondra sorry for the late response.

    We have been investigating this issue but couldn’t replicate it. Can you send us a screenshot and let us know the domain that you are trying to activate the widget in? also, make sure that your site has a valid SSL certificate.

    @yappaworld That was months ago. My client decided not to use your service because we couldn’t get it to work.

    And yes the site has a valid SSL.
