• Hi Guys

I have been dealing with the dreaded HTTP Error for nearly a week now with regards to image uploading.

The upload bar is crunching the whole way… Then I see the red box, HTTP Error (No Code) and the image thumbnail is a grey page-square.

    – IF I take an image from my PC (Photoshop) (jpg) and re-save through a website like Pic Monkey, the image uploads fine.
    – I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating plug ins etc
    – I’ve spoken to Go Daddy support (this is where I host my site) and they say “This isn’t anything to do with us, we’ve checked and triple checked, everything is fine at our end”
    – Not knowing what I’m talking about, I mentioned I have googled a few things (PHP?!) and they say “that categorically isn’t the issue – but we don’t know what the issue is”
    – I’ve combed this forum for answers, and all the solutions mentioned are again, out of my depth. I don’t seem to be able to even access the settings of my site since Go Daddy had a switch around this year.
    – Go Daddy removed their live chat support from the UK and have told me (via twitter) it never existed in the UK. That’s kind of off subject, but now I don’t have that to rely on I feel like I’m stuffed.

Is it me? Is it my PC? Is it Photoshop? I’m struggling to see a way around this issue, and I have extremely limited knowledge in this department. I really am out of my depth.

    Help?!

    Amy
