Text Color missing from Row Styles. Why?

When you create form and visit Advanced / Styles / Row Styles, “Text Color” is missing (as well as “Height”). Strangly enough, it’s included in “Odd Row Styles” but not in regular rows for the entire form.

I don’t want to individually change each Title style. Oh,..and using “Title Styles” doesn’t work on my form so changing that text style doesn’t do anything. But Odd Row Styles DOES work.

Am I missing something? And why can’t I just simply change the text color in “Row Styles”?
