Test plugin

I would like to test this plugin (premium version) on a client’s Drupal website before giving him a price for that migration (and check the amount of work after the migration).
Before running the test migraiton (on a preprod wordpress website), I would like to know :
Is the origin Drupal site going to be impacted by the test migration ?
