test email not going thru

    Hello,

    I recently installed WP mail SMTP

    I filled in the infos thru Setup Wizard

    I went thru the authentication method (I used Brevo) and all went well in my Godaddy account. Now I’m authenticated.

    I tried to send a test mail to myself. Did not go thru on a “@free.fr ” address but it went thru on a “@chiropratique-france.net” address….

    the sender mail is contact@ [the name of the website mentioned here]

    What to do from here please?

    Hi there @roro111,

    Thanks for reaching out! If I understand correctly, you tried to send to one address and the email never made it, but when you tried sending to another, it did go through. Is that correct?

    If so, check your Transactional log in Brevo. If the email made it to their servers and bounced or failed to be sent, there should be a record of it in the log. That should help indicate what may have happened.
