• Accidentally renewed my annual plan and when I quickly reached out to their support for a refund or proration, they didn’t offer any.

    So now I have to foot the bill for 11 months of a tool I don’t want to use.

    We truly understand your concern and are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please note that your subscription was renewed on 12th June, and we had also sent renewal notifications before the renewal date. Since we received your request on 7th August, unfortunately, we were unable to process a refund. Had we been contacted prior to the renewal date, we would have been able to cancel the renewal from our end.

    We really value your support and hope this clarifies the situation.
