I have downloaded a template from wordpress.org, template name is Medical Way.
Now i want to edit its slider section, i.e,. i want to make its hight and width as per my choice by coding and also i want to give pictures of my choice and not the featured picture i have set to my pages.
How to do that?

If you want to edit theme code, you must create a Child Theme and override templates that you need. Everything is explained here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
NOTE: You may have some problems if you don’t have too much programming skills.

You can change the images in the backend and the height and width with the custom css panel. The slider itself may have a settings page that allows you to set the dimensions.
