“Tease Content” repeats multiple times

For the tease content, I am using the content from https://beatthestreets.org/login/ which has 3 columns and a user login element that is part of the Fusion Builder (Avada theme page builder plugin).

I am not using any other membership plugins, but here is a system report of the environment and all plugins if this helps. Thanks!
