Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. custom taxonomies are not showing on the sitemap index. I am using the latest version.

Next week, however the latest is available on GitHub if anyone is interested?
I’ve just tested the update from GitHub, thank you. Now there are some custom taxonomies added to the sitemap – but NOT ALL!
Do you have an idea?
We’ve finally identified the issue. The cause is our check for taxonomies before others were added. This issue will finally be resolved in the next release.
