Tabs not working

Hi,

In the Dashboard, I am not able to switch to ‘Chatbot’ and ‘Tools’ tabs. In the ‘Dashboard’ tab also, all options are not loading properly.

I tried everything from reinstalling wordpress, deactivating all other plugins, saving permalinks again, etc. but nothing worked. I think this is Ajax issue.

The issue is only on this site. In other site on the same server, the plugin is working fine.

I do not want to reset or delete plugin completely and reinstall it as I do not want to lose the settings and past chat history logs.

Please tell how to fix.
