Please note that the feature to show the Hash URL based on the tab title is not available in the Lite version of the plugin. Could you please check if you were previously using the Pro version and whether it might have been deactivated?
If you are a Pro user, you can enable this feature by adding the following hook. You can do this either by using a code snippet plugin or by inserting it at the end of the functions.php file of your currently active theme:
add_action( 'sp_tabs_name_slug', '__return_true' );

Hello and thanks for your answer.
No, I never used the pro version, and google search console signalled the 404 problems recently, giving the full permalinks that disappeared, so they did exist until last week or the week before.
This is very strange…
