Tablet Optimize Footer

My footer optimizes perfectly on both desktop and mobile version, but in tablet, it doesn’t optimize correctly.

I have a four column footer, however, the columns do not scale correctly. Three of the four columns remain on one row and the fourth column jumps to another row … throwing off the balance.
