Tables and forms for users private use

hi everybody, I hope to b in the right forum.

My project involve the possibility to give subscripted users the ability to log different informations and attachments on different forms but these informations need to stay private for search, edit and delete. Ideally form entries should be saved on a dB. In other terms, beside the general website and contents, my idea is to customize some private pages accessible only to user logged in using WordPress more for the users experience rather then general content management.

the question or more accurately the interest in your opinion is if WordPress can be considered suitable for my project or not. I started using intermittently WordPress many years ago and never to a deep level, only for personal purposes and I know how flexible it could be. I’m trying to understand the usability of WP before I spend too many energies. I’ll be also really grateful if u could lead me to the right direction withWP or similar open source but more user oriented
