table of contents plus page breaks

    Hi, I’m using this plugin and full table is displayed in the post sidebar, however because im using page breaks if I click an item in the table and the item is on the next page of the same post then it doesn’t take you to the item, is there any fix or work around for this situation?

    Currently plugin don’t support page breaks. We added this feature in out backlog. Thank you for issue!

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    The standard WordPress block table of contents does offer this but you cannot place it inside the side bar, only at the top of the page, do you have any idea how I can go about overriding this and placing the table of contents block in the sidebar instead?

    You can try to make it via JS, but it’s strange way. May be in future we implement this feature in core of plugin.
