Thanks for the report. Can you try clearing the cookies in your browser and trying again? And try deactivating any other plugins that might be interfering.
Sorry about the delay in responding back.
I cleared the cookies and that made no difference. I then disabled the user john_2284 and now it does not switch back at all and it stays in the selected user account.
You stated “try deactivating any other plugins that might be interfering.” we have about 65 active plugins. What type of plugins should I look at disabling?
It’s difficult to tell. Perhaps a caching plugin, anything that deals with user management, login and authentication, user sessions.
@johnbillion Is there any software available that allows one to check what possible causes could be?
No, your best approach would be to test this on your pre-production site so you can safely disable other plugins one by one to see what’s up. Not much else to be done, unfortunately.
