    Hi,

I am using this plugin but facing a 404 error when clicking on the Switch User link from the Users page.

    To troubleshoot, I have:

    • Disabled all plugins
    • Switched to the default theme

However, the issue still persists. Could you please help me identify the cause?

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,

    • What is the exact URL that results in a 404? (You can hide the domain name if necessary, but I need to know the path).
    • Are there any mu-plugins, drop-ins, or network-active plugins in use? You can see these from the “Must-use” and “Drop-in” filters on the Plugins screen.
    • Does the 404 screen show the styling from your WordPress theme or is it a plain text one from your server?

    Hi John Blackbourn,

    This is WordPress 404 . It’s url /wp-login.php?action=switch_to_user&user_id=4295&nr=1&_wpnonce=97f34014f5

    Must Use Plugins are
Force Strong Passwords – WPE Edition
    Health Check Troubleshooting Mode
    ManageWP – Worker Loader
    WP Engine Cache Plugin
    WPE ElasticPress Autosuggest Logger

    Drop-in

    advanced-cache.php
    maintenance.php

404 page showing wordpress style. It’s wordpress 404 page. It’s not server path or plain text.

Please let us know if you need anythng else.

In that case you’ll need to do some debugging to find out which plugin is causing the 404 to show up. Try deactivating your plugins one by one. There’s no reason for a request to wp-login.php to return a 404 otherwise.

    Good luck!

I’ve already done that — I even disabled all plugins, activated the default theme, and tested again. It’s still showing the same 404 page URL.

Let me know if you need the full path or any other details that might help you reproduce the issue.
