Suppression List Removal

For customers on free plans, how can I remove an email from the suppression list? My client, the site owner, had email issues resulting in bounces. This got resolved, but he’s not receiving any MailPoet emails and keeps being set to “bounced”. We’ve tried the MailPoet “contact us” form but no reply, and the help article says to contact support which is only available to paid plans. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, that’s the form both my client and I used. I got a “form success” notification on the page, but no confirmation by email.

Sorry, we haven’t gotten any emails from the edith AT agentur-allison.com email address either. Could you cross check with them ? Or could you try the form yourself with a different email on their behalf? Please do mention the domain (eg:- agentur-allison.com) you are trying to get in touch about and we can use that to follow up with your client directly as well.Let’s hope I’m third time lucky! I’ve just submitted the form and got “Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly.” on the page, but no notification in my email inbox.
if this fails as well, is there any other way to get this resolved?
PS I’m using FireFox on MacBook.

Thanks so much for your patience here and for sticking with us while trying to get this sorted.
I’ve checked again on our side and we still don’t see the form submissions coming through, but no worries. To avoid any further delays, I’ve gone ahead and created an internal support ticket for you directly.
You should receive an email from us shortly. Please check your inbox and also your spam or promotions folders just in case.
Once you see that email, reply directly to it with the details of the issue including the affected email address and site domain. That will allow us to assist you directly and review the suppression and bounce behavior properly.
Thanks again for your persistence and for flagging this. We’ll take it from here once you reply to the ticket.
