Unfortunately, it is not possible to render the Header and Footer content based on the language.
As there is only one wp_footer, wp_header hooks which we use to achieve this requirement.
Can you let me know how do use the shortcodes to achieve this requirement?

I just use this code, cause im using polylang.

I just build a template for each language and use this shortcode
[fl_builder_insert_layout slug=”my-post-slug”]
[fl_builder_insert_layout id=”123″]
And last step i create my own short code [footer] this shortcode contains all code i need.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
While we have noticed it has a dependency with the Polylang plugin.
We will check if the same could be implemented in our plugin if so we will surely implement the same in our future updates.
