WCFM provides stock management as per WooCommerce standard.
If you want to custom features then you have to custom development yourself or by hiring some third party developer. It does not come under our responsibility!

So, create or expand your features!
We are the clients that pay you for the service. Future clients will read and if they see that wcfm doesn’t have this or another feature they gonna look for another plugin.
That’s simple.. if you want to grow your clients you need to expand features as well!

We paid 49$ for the premium support and we getting nothing.
You have paid $49 for WCFM Ultimate premium addon, not for support.
Still, if you require additional features then those come under custom development.
Support is not for creating additional features in FREE of cost!
Premium addons also never come with any such conditions that we will develop/include all those features which will be requested by users.

In any case, we are very frustrated and suffer daily losses due to the fact that the vendor does not have the opportunity to delete the items when the quantity of the item is 1 unit.

Which means @wclovers cannot and must not support this user in these forums.
@wclovers If you do, you risk having your plugin removed from the WordPress repo. Please count this as a warning, if you sell to users and you support them here then you are breaking the rules. If you do that then contact the plugins team via their email and they can walk you through the permanent self-closure of your plugins here.
