Support has accessed my site via FTP and isn’t answering emails

Hi there,
I opened a thread 2 months ago about an issue with the UsersWP profile pictures, not being displayed in comments.
The support rep told me to “open a support ticket here: https://userswp.io/support, add a link to this forum topic and we’ll take it from there”.
I did, and have been exchanging messages with support ever since, with no resolution. During 2 months now!
But that’s not the worst of it.
The support person “presented as Rahul” seemed very willing and seemed to be trying to find a solution until he asked me for the FTP keys. I had to do this several times as none of them seemed to work. And when one did seem to work (I have proof), they didn’t reply. They have access to my server via FTP and I have been waiting for over a week for a reply. I have sent 3 emails and suddenly there is only silence. Obviously, this seems to me to be a warning sign, so before I take more serious action, I have decided to write here to ask what is going on.
