sir i want to make a popup like this picture which i attach you…i developing a website of fast food restaurant which provide online order tacking services.My Clint required that when a user click on (ONLINE ORDER) then appear a popup and collect customer postcode and delivery button.I search many plugins but i cant find any one….Please help me…… here is link below live demo of popup which i want……thanx

First you need to create the pop-up on your website and then include the shortcode of the plugin into the pop-up.
