+1 – we just had a similar problem on lovemyjob.io – downgrading to Version 5.8 like suggested here fixed the problem.
Unlike the OP we got “Validation errors occurred”, but without any input field having an error…

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
