Subscriptions with extra meta

I have woocommerce subscriptions on a website, but the subscriptions need to know information about the customer, such as what website their subscription will be used for.
What plugins are available for extending woocommerce subscriptions to allow settings a website or extra meta, allowing it to be edited by the customers on their account subscriptions page etc.
