I tried the form and get the same error on desktop Chrome.
If you have cleared any hosting, CDN or WordPress caches, then the next thing I would try is disabling all plugins except for Contact Form 7. If the form the works, add in plugins one by one until you find the plugin that is causing the issue.
If that doesn’t work I would switch the theme briefly to a default theme and see if it works.

Thanks pichichi. The error comes at the same time as the last update for Contact Form 7, so it seems unlikely to be caused by another plugin, but it could be a new conflict I guess. What is supposed to happen after disabling and then testing against every plugin? Am I supposed to stop using the conflicting plugin or is it to give the Contact Form 7 people more information? Are you from Contact Form 7 or a kind user trying to help?
Anyway I will try it and see what happens.
Thanks,
A.
FYI – My coder resolved this issue. We had disabled rest API and CF7 requires it. We changed a setting in the rest API stuff and now it works.
