I am interested to know whether your WordPress and Dokan installation is on the subdomain or on the main domain. If you are using Dokan in the main domain by trying to use the dashboard on the subdomain somehow, then this is to inform you that Dokan is not built to serve in that way.
Could you share some more details about your site’s current situation so that I can try to relate more with it?

Your actual issue is not still very clear to me. Could you please share your site’s site info so that I can try to relate more? To do so, please visit your WordPress admin panel’s Tools > Site Health > Info screen then click on the Copy Site Info to Clipboard button and paste it here.
