Sub Menu Under Containers Below them

I paid for the plugin, and I’m currently using the theme as well.

I tried to add z-index: 999; to several parts of the menu I thought would help override it.

What part of the css menu should I be adding it to in order to make sure it goes overtop of everything below it on desktop?
