Looking at the page’s source code, it’s being displayed as a main-menu item, not a sub-item. Can you compare it to how you’ve set up one of the “About Us” sub-menus?
If you can’t see anything obvious, please screenshot the menu set-up and share it here.

Yeah, based on your screenshots, that should definitely be a sub-item.

I had a similar problem, and this may sound silly, but can you please try to move the “Product Complaint Form” to be on the same level as other menu items, save the menu, and after that return it under “Contact Us” again and save the menu?
Yes, I’ve tried that already. Reached out to Nerve, the theme i’m using, apparently the secondary menu is a single-level menu and Dropdowns can’t be used…

Ah, that explains it. I assume the secondary menu is the one in the top-right?
I think they intended for the secondary menu to be used somewhere like the footer, which is why that restriction is there.
