Stumped by CSS

In Internet Explorer, my news tag & sidebar tag keeps the main wrapper extended and the sidebar tag never goes over the border. But in different explorers, the sidebar goes over the main wrapper tag everytime unless the news tag extends farther then my sidebar.
I’m designing it for http://www.ksidivisions.com; it’s some bumps, anyone know what code I am missing?
