Stuck on “Processing…Please Wait”

We are experiencing an issue where new user signups with Paid Member Subscriptions (PMS) fail to complete payment when entering both personal account details and credit card information.
- The process gets stuck on “Processing… Please Wait”, and the transaction does not appear in Stripe.
- However, subscription renewals for existing users process successfully without issues.
- This suggests that PMS is having difficulty creating new user accounts and processing payments at the same time.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- A new user attempts to sign up for a subscription and enters:
- Personal details (name, email, password)
- Payment information (credit card)
- After submitting, the page hangs on “Processing… Please Wait”, and the transaction does not complete.
- For returning users (subscription renewals), payments process successfully without delay.
