    We are experiencing an issue where new user signups with Paid Member Subscriptions (PMS) fail to complete payment when entering both personal account details and credit card information.

    • The process gets stuck on “Processing… Please Wait”, and the transaction does not appear in Stripe.
    • However, subscription renewals for existing users process successfully without issues.
    • This suggests that PMS is having difficulty creating new user accounts and processing payments at the same time.

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

    1. A new user attempts to sign up for a subscription and enters:
      • Personal details (name, email, password)
      • Payment information (credit card)
    2. After submitting, the page hangs on “Processing… Please Wait”, and the transaction does not complete.
    3. For returning users (subscription renewals), payments process successfully without delay.

    Hi @omarohara,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Others -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

    Hi @omarohara,

    I’ve also tested on a WP Instance of mine and the Registration process (and payment process) for logged-out users works correctly. Since in the past, this kind of issue has also been caused by caching and I can see you have a caching plugin active, could you:

    1. Please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) from it, and check if the issue persists?

    2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).

    3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) and check if the issue still persists

    Disabling the caching plugin fixed the problem.
