Hi! We are trying to migrate from U.S. Stripe account to Hong Kong account but the Woocommerce Subscriptions renewal orders are causing trouble. They do not get processed on the new account even after the data from the old account has been copied to the new account by Stripe.

This is the error:

Stripe Transaction Failed (Customer cus_XXXXXXXXXXX does not have a linked source with ID card_XXXXXXXXXXXX.)

Is there a way to make this work? 🙂 Thank you for the help!

Thank you for the quick reply. That seems pretty much impossible for 1000+ subscribers :/

Is there a way to create a copy of the Stripe plugin and deactivate the “old” one? That would keep charging the renewals from old subscription. Then a new copy plugin would have new API keys and would take care of all new subscriptions and renewals?
